1.Stable hair washing frequency

A stable hair washing frequency can balance the sebum metabolism of the scalp. If the frequency is too high, it may cause scalp sensitivity and oily scalp. In principle, do not wash your hair more than twice a day.

2. Take care of your hair as much as possible so that it does not touch your scalp.

Some hair care ingredients are more irritating (such as cheap open-shelf products). If they stay on the scalp for a long time, they can easily cause scalp irritation, itching and redness.

3. When changing hair care products, you need to pay more attention to the condition of your scalp and hair.When changing products, please pay attention to the compatibility of shampoo and hair care. If you have scalp problems, it is recommended to adjust the shampoo and hair care products respectively. You can try more to find the products that suit you.

4. Don’t blow dry your hair too dry or too wet.

The reason is that if you don't blow dry, it will easily become moist and hot, and if you press the scalp during sleep, it will easily cause the scalp to be sensitive and red. If you blow dry too much, the temperature may damage your hair.

5. Do not pick or scratch your scalp with your nails

Because nails are hard, rubbing against the scalp may cause scratches or scaling, so soft fingertips may be a slightly better choice.
